This itinerary starting with the Amaseno Valley, in the province of Frosinone, follows the Lepini Mountains to reach Priverno and the Fossanova Abbey, in the province of Latina.

Along “the route of the buffalo mozzarella” you will meet Amaseno and Priverno, Ciociaria’s and pontine main centres of the buffalo breeding and milk transformation. The trip will alternate guided tours in the beautiful medieval villages, rich in architectural heritage, with the visit to buffalo pastures and dairy farms witnessing the mozzarella production cycle. Typical lunch based on buffalo products, such as the “bufaletta”..
